The current standard for water holding tank products is covered in C913 Standard Specification for Precast Concrete Water and Wastewater Structures; however, this scope of this standard is sufficiently broad that it does not provide as much guidance for specific product categories like water holding tanks. Therefore, a new standard is recommend for this product category.
