Rationale

To simplify and clarify the standard, the subcommittee decided to change the existing definition for "flashing cement" into a reference for the existing definition for "asphalt roof cement". To avoid double references, the subcommittee also decided to change three other existing terms that refer to flashing cement to refer directly to asphalt roof cement.
