Address a discrepancy between the inch-pound and metric tables for camber. Ballot proposal is to: (1) Create wide coil camber table (consistent with A3.30) in inch-pound units and to renumber the current A2.30 to A2.31, and (2) Create a new A3.31 for metric plate camber.
