Develop a correlation equation from D6378 VP4x (Pabs) to D5191 EPA Equation. This correlation will allow D6378 to become and alternative test method under 40 CFR1090 Performance Based Measurement Sytem. Also to delevop a correlation equation from D6378 VP4x (Pabs) to D5191 ASTM Equation for CARB and State of Arizona regulations.
