Rationale

The objective of this standard has always been to build it out based upon the introduction and acceptance of differing technologies within the classification of “Stationary Wave Systems.” In the last several years, there have been a number of products that are not “thin sheet waves,” but rather “deep flow” river waves. The goal is to incorporate (rather than bifurcate) these waves into the F3133-22 standard. The logical place to start is “Scope.”
