This ballot addresses two (2) Affirmative with Comments votes during the main committee level ballot D30 23-03 item 3. Both comments are technical in nature and need to be addressed prior to standard release. It was first balloted on D30.03 22-01 item 1, where it received two persuasive negative votes. This subcommittee level vote was addressed in D30.03 22-02 item 1 where it received one persuasive negative vote. This was addressed in D30 2205 item 1 where it received three (3) persuasive negative votes all of which were addressed in ballot D30 23-03 item 3
