Remove walking speed fixed-slip CFME from this standard. ASTM E3304 is published and contains walking speed CFME in a separate stand alone standard. The E2340 will now be the traffic speed fixed-slip CFME standard. Remove outdated material or references which are not applicable to the fixed-slip CFME standard.
