Rationale

This revision is for the addition of oil resistant thermoplastic elastomeric seals for plastic pipe. The revision will add Table 4 to specify the physical requirement for oil resistant thermoplastic elastomeric seals and appropriate references to Table 4. Additionally, this revision adds a reference to Table 2 in Note 2. This revision to Note 2 is unrelated to the addition of oil resistant thermoplastic elastomeric seals and will clarify testing of thermoplastic elastomeric seals for the user(s) of ASTM F477.
