Rationale

Section 13.4 of F2291 discusses requirements for Anti-Rollback devices. The varieties of anti-rollback devices in use have evolved and expanded since the original language was published. This section will be reviewed to determine whether the requirements for anti-rollback devices should be clarified or expanded to address modern systems.
