Rationale

During the reapproval of E143 in 2020 two minor issues escaped correction. This work item (1) removes the reference to Faupel (Ref 1) in Section 1.2, because Ref. 1 addresses neither non-linear elastic stress-strain behavior nor tangent and chord moduli, and (2) changes the phrase torque range in 11.5 to verified range of torques, which is the term currently being balloted in the Terms specific to this standard section of E2428.
