This MoC has been addressed in the past by Special Condition. This specification will provide an equivalent MoC to the previous Special Conditions, and avoid the need for issuing Special Conditions for future certification projects. The specification will be used by aircraft designers and inflatable restraint system designers to certify these safety systems for aircraft use.
