1. Scope

The installation, calibration, routine verification, and analysis of data for the SEC Signature DIR Gas Analyzer sensor for the direct measurement of gaseous ethylene oxide (EO) and water vapor in an ethylene oxide sterilization process. The application is for direct measurement of EO concentration and water vapor content only and does not cover interpretation of sensor data for safety purposes. No other device is within the scope of this document or application of the SEC sensor.
