Rationale

Currently Section 15.1 refers to the accuracy requirements of E4, but does not require that the force-measurement system of the testing machine meet all the requirements of E4. Similarly, Section 15.3 refers to E1012 for alignment, but in a way that could be more specific. This work item would require that the force-measurement system testing machine be verified to E4. It would also provide more guidance on E102 alignment.
