Rationale

Based on EVTOL and eAircraft gap analyses, additional hazard mitigation requirements need to be added. These include, but are not limited to, water immersion and rotor burst considerations. The scope is to assess F3066 standard specifications for changes that may be required for aircraft propeller system installation with consideration for eVTOL.
