Some sections of D3574 still need ILSs conducted to establish P&B statistics and statements. This work item is being taken out for an ILS on D3574 Test I3 - Dynamic Fatigue Test by Constant Force Pounding, Procedure C (12K cycles, 10 1 cycles per minute).
