Rationale

Revision of section 6.6 on adhesion to make the adhesion requirement optional. In the current version of the standard it is a mandatory requirement. The matter was discussed and agreed on at a SC meeting during the June 2018 committee week (6/26/18). The rationale for the revision is that is was widely agreed that adhesion testing is no longer always needed in industry practice, so the requirement should be optional.
