Rationale

A previous effort to incorporate the instrumentation details from F1292-13 into F355-10 resulted in the F355-16 revision. The goal of this revision was to consolidate the instrumentation details from F1292-13 into F355-16, allowing the same information to be deleted from a subsequent revision to F1292-13. The ultimate goal of this effort remains the elimination of duplication of effort in keeping the respective sections of both documents coherent.
