Adds sheathing/drainage systems to the scope of the document as the main purpose of this proposal. Sheathing/Drainage Systems have a long-standing successful performance record, are seeing increased use in the construction market, and are needed in this standard to serve the construction industry and avoid the standard being viewed as dated, incomplete, irrelevant or exclusionary.
