The promotion of knowledge, the stimulation of research, the development of specifications, test methods, definitions and nomenclature, and practices for resilient floor coverings, including linoleum, vinyl, vinyl composition, asphalt, rubber, cork, and the like, in which the wearing surface is non-textile. The work of this Committee will be coordinated with other ASTM Committees and other organizations having mutual interest.
