The Committee, with a membership of approximately 50, currently has jurisdiction of over 5 standards, published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 15.12. F10 has 5 technical subcommittees that maintain jurisdiction over these standards. Information on this subcommittee structure and F10's portfolio of approved standards and Work Items under construction are available from the List of Subcommittees, Standards and Work Items below. The work of F10 has been determined to be of the highest priority to the US Department of Agriculture and is supported by a wide range of stakeholders to achieve fair and competitive markets for the livestock, meat, and poultry industry.
