Committee E30 on Forensic Sciences

ASTM Committee E30 on Forensic Sciences was formed in 1970. The Committee, with a current membership of 335, has jurisdiction over 71 standards, published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 14.02. E30 has 5 technical subcommittees that manage these standards. These standards have and continue to play a preeminent role in all aspects to forensic sciences, including criminalistics, digital and multimedia evidence, fire debris analysis, drug testing analysis, collection and preservation of physical and digital evidence, as well as reporting of findings.
