ASTM Committee F32 on Search and Rescue was formed in 1988. F32 currently has 80 members participating on 3 technical subcommittees that are responsible for 65 approved standards. The committee meets in November in conjunction with the International Tech Rescue Symposium (ITRS)
with approximately 20 members participating in one to two days of technical meetings. Committee F32 standards are published in Volume 13.02 of the Annual Book of ASTM Standards.
