Committee F13 meets twice a year, usually in January and June, with about 50 members attending two days of technical meetings. The Committee, with a membership of approximately 330, currently has jurisdiction of over 14 standards, published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 15.07. F13 has 5 technical subcommittees that maintain jurisdiction over these standards.
