Sergio Vazquez Jimenez is based in Belgium and serves as the secretary general of the European Organization for Technical Assessment (EOTA), headquartered in Brussels. EOTA is a non-profit association that brings together Europe’s Technical Assessment Bodies (TABs) to develop European Assessment Documents (EADs) and issue European Technical Assessments (ETAs), enabling CE marking for innovative and non-standard construction products.
