ASTM Committee E11 on Quality and Statistics was formed in 1946. E11 meets twice each year, usually in April and October, with about 20 members participating in 20 meetings over two days. The Committee, with a membership of 239 members, currently has jurisdiction of 35 approved standards that are published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 14.01.
