In addition, the scope of this Committee shall cover the formulation of definitions, specifications, test methods, and application standards for those construction materials, particularly for ceilings and walls, and related components and accessories not currently covered by existing ASTM Committees. The Committee will coordinate its activities with and maintain liaison with other ASTM Committees and organizations in matters of mutual interest.
In addition, the scope of this Committee shall cover the formulation of definitions, specifications, and test methods for related products not covered by other Committees, if approved by ASTM.
