Specification may also be used by USS/PSU procuring vertiport SDSP services as part of RFPs or contracts.
5. Specification should help address risk-based considerations exemptions, operational certifications, and equipment certifications by enabling determination of bounds on performance that are acceptable by civil regulators.
6. Specification may include guidance on appropriate means of presenting information, taking into account human factors and situational awareness considerations.
