New Guide for Working With Dust of Ground Cannabis sativa L. plant Parts and Crystallized Cannabinoids

1. Scope

This guide standard will highlight the use of the hierarchy of controls for working with dust of ground Cannabis sativa L., including engineering controls for air filtration and air quality, administrative controls, and PPE. The guide is intended to describe best practices to eliminate or reduce inhalation and skin exposure to ground cannabis dust in processing practices, e.g., Seed Dust, Stalk Fiber/Hurd Dust, Florescence/Inflorescence, Whole Plant, and Ground Crystalized Cannabinoid dust to avoid adverse health effects.
