Rationale

Section 6.2 limits transducer construction to those with piezoelectric elements. Technology has advanced to the point where other methods (e.g. lasers or accelerometers) can also be used to accurately record the arrival of the P-wave. This work item is to revise section 6.2 to accommodate use of suitable transducers that do not utilize a piezoelectric element.
