This standard was on ballot E01 (22-01) and drew a negative vote with many revisions recommended. The voter was asked if the negative vote could be withdrawn so the standard could be published as it was in danger of reaching its 8-year limit. The voter agreed and it was then approved to open a work item to address the recommendations after the standard was published in 2022. This ballot item addresses those recommendations.
