New Test Method for a Rotational Methodology with a Head/Neck System
1. Scope
This task group will develop the laboratory equipment, procedures and basic requirements pertinent to testing the performance of helmets during rotational loading using an instrumented head and neck test apparatus. Deviations and additions to this test method will be specified, as required, in individual ASTM performance standards.
