Rationale

The current standard requires basic corrections (e.g., editorial, units, consistent terminology, figure corrections, and proper figure references) and requires reorganization to improve logical flow of standard, while avoiding areas that have the need for potentially significant technical changes. The scope of the task group will also identify, clarify, and rank current technical issues according to criticality/effort to correct. This will help develop a scope for a subsequent revision after completion of this initial revision (i.e., basic corrections).
