New Guide for Post-Remediation Verification (PRV) Following a Fungal Remediation Project
1. Scope
1.1 This guide sets forth minimum requirements for post-remediation verification (PRV) of a fungal remediation project including documentation, conclusions pertaining to the success of the remediation, acceptance criteria, and the sequence in which the requirements should be met. 1.2 PRV may not be required on all fungal remediation projects. 1.3 This guide is not applicable for projects in which the build back has begun. 1.4 Units--The values stated in SI units are regarded as the standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. 1.5 This guide does not address the requirements for the scope of work for remediation. 1.6 This guide does not address other environmental concerns including, but not limited to, asbestos or lead. 1.7 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
