Revision of Section S3 Artificial Accelerated Weathering 1.Limited and declining availability of Carbon Arc exposure equipment and testing capabilities. 2.Testing Efficiency (& Cost) related to (1). 3.Promotes global conformance in artificial weathering requirements for retroreflective sheeitng 4.Slightly better relationship to Outdoor (however, artificial exposure testing is still only grossly indicative and not predictive of natural outdoor durability: Pass indicates probably not fail immediately outdoors; Fail suggests probably will fail in relatively short period outdoors) 5.Artificial exposure testing is for Interim/Provisional qualification ONLY and will continue to be superseded by Outdoor exposure test results.
