Rationale

This is a major revision of C1576-05 which harmonizes this ambient temperature SCG Test standard with the High Temperature SCG Constant Stress C1834-16 test standard by adding numerous technical clarifications to the entire document, corrected equations in the report section and the appendices, a reorganized annex for interferences, two new figures, one new table, and numerous editorial changes.
