Tripp Fischer is principal of hydrology, geosciences, and chemistry at Integral Consulting Inc. (Moorestown, New Jersey). Integral Consulting Inc. delivers a comprehensive suite of science, engineering, and technology-driven solutions to clients facing increasingly complex environmental, health, economic, and natural resource challenges.
Chair of the corrective action subcommittee (E50.04) that is part of the committee on environmental assessment, risk management, and corrective action (E50), Tripp Fischer has been an ASTM International member since 2002. He also served on the Committee on Standards (COS) and the soil and rock committee (D18). Fischer has been honored with a COS Service Award, the Robert J. Painter Award by ASTM and the Society for Standards Professionals, and the Award of Merit.
Fischer, principal of hydrology, geosciences, and chemistry at Integral Consulting Inc. consults on large-scale chemically impacted property transactions, remedial decision making for sites with light non-aqueous phase liquids, contaminant fate and transport modeling, risk-based decision making, environmental policy, and litigation support.
From 2009-2025, he worked at Brownfield Science and Technology Inc., focusing on environmental policy, environmental impacts to business transactions, and more. Prior to BSTI, Fischer served as a hydrologist/ environmental engineer with the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.
In addition to work at ASTM International, Fischer is a member of the American Bar Association. He is an advisory board member to the dean of sciences and mathematics at West Chester University. Fischer earned a master’s degree in engineering science from the Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor’s degree in geology from West Chester University.
