ASTM Committee C14 was formed in 1937. C14 meets twice a year, in April and October with 15 members attending the one-day meeting. The Committee, with the current membership of approximately 135, has jurisdiction of 62 standards, published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 15.02.
