Committee C09 on Concrete and Concrete Aggregates was formed in 1914. C09 meets twice each year, in June and December, with about 150 members attending over a four-day session. The Committee, with a membership of approximately 1,100, currently has jurisdiction of over 155 standards, published in the Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Volume 04.02. C09 has 29 technical subcommittees that maintain jurisdiction over these standards.
