1. Scope

This test method specifies a rapid screening method using flow analysis by Differential Fourier transform infrared (FA-FTIR) spectroscopy for the determination of the Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (FSII) content of aviation turbine fuel (AVTUR), in the range of 0 to 1% by Volume.
