Following the May 2021 meeting, a note was added to 7.1.4.2 to add additional information to the report that would be pertinent in the evaluation of the stucco. Based on the November 2021 meeting, the task group felt the information included in the note (which is non-mandatory) rose to the level of being required in the report and should not be discretionary. This ballot item simply transposes the note into the body of the text to make it mandatory information.
