Use of identifiable attributes or threshold properties provides a tool to assist buyers and sellers to target product to appropriate use(s). Hemp fiber screenings and dust from decortication that meet thresholds identified in Table 1 may become the feedstock for non-woven absorbents, pet litter and a pelletized energy source. Those companies using hemp fiber screenings and dust in the 3 identified uses will be the main users, as will decorticators looking to re-purpose products in their plant from trash to useable product inputs.
