Revision of F3182-16 Standard Practice for the Application of Spray-Applied Polymeric Liners Inside Pipelines for Potable Water
Rationale
The current F-3182-16 standard requires considerable R&R to provide consistency of terminology, update of referenced documents and general clarification of procedures. Additionally, the standard requires R&R to apprise the presence of advancements of spray applied lining materials, devices and methodologies over the past 5-6 years. There is a clear and evident need for R&R with minor scope changes as well as R&R with a potential title change. It is important to provide well-defined standards that are up to date and relevant to the industry/market hence the need for a revision of F3182 -16.
