To measure biocarbon content of liquid fuels by liquid scintillation counting suitable for use in a refinery laboratory. The method is needed to support refinery operations when biofeeds are coprocessed with petroleum within a reactor with a focus on samples with 100% biocarbon or less (not for 14C labeled species).

The data is the be used for regulatory reporting of biocarbon content to CARB and EPA along with allow for internal monitoring for process adjustments with in the refinery.
