Analysis of Environmental Samples for Radionuclides

Source

The production, processing, or use of radioactive materials presents problems relative to their controlled or uncontrolled release to the internal or external plant environs. One phase is associated with the originator's responsibility for controlling and quantitatively defining through appropriate monitoring activities the material released. The analytical experience of a large production installation can be used to advantage in planning the analytical requirements for related smaller scale uses or production of radioactive substances.
