New Practice for soft skills of Aerospace Personnel

1. Scope

This practice will cover the base knowledge requirements of soft skills of aerospace personnel. This practice will cover the return to service and non-return to service competencies. This practice will cover safety and health management, human factors, communication skills, project management, leadership skills, human resource management, and physical and information security. This practice will also outline the soft skills aerospace personnel working in different aerospace industry segments (i.e. airline, MRO, general aviation, etc).
