Wohlers Associates, powered by ASTM International, recently launched a new, more interactive website. The site will serve as a hub for knowledge acceleration within the additive manufacturing (AM) industry.

Through the new site, visitors can access the Wohlers Report using a new automated ordering and provisioning system. They can also connect with the team of consultants and learn about what’s happening in the AM industry. Visitors can peruse resources, including a blog and audio series, and learn about upcoming training and other events.

In conjunction with the new website, Wohlers Associates has released the Wohlers Report 2022 Executive Summary. This abridged report provides a handful of key excerpts without the extensive detail found in the 425-page report. The executive summary is used to gain a sampling of the information found in Wohlers Report 2022.

This year’s executive summary includes:

• excerpts on the history of AM;

• information on how industry surveys are conducted;

• an overview of industrial sectors adopting AM;

• material sales; and

• machine installations by country.
