Rationale

Recently, the C15.03.02 task group became aware that section 5.1.5 of C1262 references sections 7.2.1 and 7.2.2. These are incorrect, and the references should be to 7.3.1 and 7.3.2. This discrepancy was due to an oversight when a new section 7.1 was added in 2016. This ballot item corrects the references in 5.1.5.
