The scope of the committee shall be the development of relevant standardized nomenclature and definitions of terms, recommended practices, guides, and other standards for human resource (HR) management. These standards may have international applicability. The committee will encourage research in this field and may sponsor symposia, workshops, and publications to facilitate the development of such standards.
