Significance and Use

4.1 This test method permits measurements of the total chlorine mass fraction in coal.

Scope

1.1 This test method covers the determination of total chlorine in coal with a mass fraction range of 22 mg/kg to 1136 mg/kg.

1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. The values given in parentheses after SI units are provided for information only and are not considered standard.
