This practice describes a procedure for estimating the number of copies that can be produced for a given unit of toner in a copier using dry two-component developer.
Formerly under the jurisdiction of Committee F05 on Business Imaging Products, this practice was withdrawn in June 2017 in accordance with Section 10.6.3 of the Regulations Governing ASTM Technical Committees, which requires that standards shall be updated by the end of the eighth year since the last approval date.
1.1 This practice describes a procedure for estimating the number of copies that can be produced for a given unit of toner in a copier using dry two-component developer.
1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard.
